From the patio you can get an idea of the scope of the view and tranquility of the area. Birdwatchers will love the many species of swallows, eagles and toucans that visit daily.    This cabin on top of the mountains of Tarrazu provides your home base in the area.   The beds are comfortable for those cold mountain nights. Also provided is a futon bed in the living room. A private bathroom with hot water showers is back behind.    Perfect retreat for artists and writers.    The kitchen contains a refrigerator, stove and microwave for use.   

Welcome to our cabin in Santa Cruz, not of Guanacaste but south of Cartago, in the mountains and magical valleys of Los Santos (Tarrazu / San Marcos Region). * 1 1/2 Hours from Quepos/Manuel Antonio beach via the country road through San Marcos de Tarrazu. Road is in good condition.
* If with car rental, cabin guest will need a 4x4 to climb steep slope.
* Offers only good if booked directly through Casa Holanda B&B.
* Last minute reservations of up to 3 days before arrival. No same day reservations.
* Longer stays may require payment in advance in cash.
* Rate does not include a 13% sales tax.
* Recommended for persons in good to excellent health. Site is accessible for persons with disabilities.
* Prepared breakfast not included, but available for an additional fee.
* We take care of our guests, but guests are responsible for their own well-being during their stay at the cabin.
